Frequency- B & B Outdoor Services will visit the site weekly to maintain weed free landscape beds.

Weed Control- B & B Outdoor Services will hand pull weeds greater than three (3) inches in height as needed.

Debris Removal and Disposal- B & B Outdoor Services will remove or dispose (in appropriate location) all debris collected from the property when work is completed for the day. We will blow off all walks, patios, decks, and drives at the completion of the workday. Large paved areas at non-residential sites are not included.

Additional Visits- Due to timeliness of weather conditions, additional visits may be required and such will be performed on an as needed or requested basis.
