Seasonal Yard Cleanups and Site Services
Spring and Fall Seasonal Cleanups
Beds, Lawn Areas, and Hard Surfaces– B & B Outdoor Services will remove debris from under tree and shrub areas (pine and conifer needles will remain). We will clear lawn areas, ground cover, beds and hard surface areas of incidental sticks and other winter debris. This is based on an adequate fall clean-up having been completed; this work will be performed at an additional charge.
Ornamental Grasses and Perennials– B & B Outdoor Services will cut back all ornamental grasses and perennials that may have been left standing from winter.
Debris Removal and Disposal– B & B Outdoor Services will remove all debris collected from the property when work is completed for the day.
Fall Cleanups
Leaf and General Property Clean-up– B & B Outdoor Services will remove leaf build up, sticks, and other debris from beds, hard surfaces and lawn.
Ornamental Grasses and Perennials– All ornamental grasses, evergreen groundcovers and sedum are to remain standing for winter interest. B & B Outdoor Services will cut back remaining perennials.
Debris Removal and Disposal– B & B Outdoor Services will remove all debris collected from the property when the work is completed for the day. Leaves may be blown into adjacent wooded areas.
